Emma Walkinshaw

A Body Confidence Coach, Author, Accredited Yoga Instructor, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women. As the founder of the "21 Minutes of Morning Magic" “Embody Me Program and “Body Love Bootcamp” she creates transformative spaces for growth. Emma also leads the "Body Love Revolution Online Summit," hosts "Wholehearted Retreats" in Australia and India, and authored "365 Days of Morning Magic- a daily guide to set your intentions. Manifest a life you love with clarity, calm and joy" 

Emma's passion is empowering women in their 40s and 50s to reignite their energy, embrace their bodies with confidence, and create a sustainable path forward. Through personalized coaching, mindset work, and movement practices like yoga, she helps women feel vibrant, empowered, and ready to thrive in this next chapter​.

Jane Dunn 

 A certified Nutrition and Health Coach and Clinical Pilates Instructor, dedicated to promoting health and wellness through mindful movement, balanced nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle choices.

She has a special focus on supporting women through the peri-menopause and post-menopause phases, providing accessible strategies to navigate these stages with confidence.

Jane’s approach emphasises the power of small, gradual adjustments in diet, habits, and lifestyle, designed to create meaningful and lasting change.
